Our poultry supplies are approved by the State of NJ, State of NJ representative visit unannounced one a month to check the conditions of our chicken, they also do a random swap for poultry, take them to the laboratory for test. State of NJ mandatory quarterly cleaning, every three months we must sell all poultry inventory out, and complete a cleaning process with approved disinfectants by State of NJ, we have to close for business for about 48 hours. State of NJ returns after 48 hours of closing to inspect, Swab cages, equipment, walls, feeders and floors, send them to the their lab for analysis.

Regulate and monitor us for safety measures like plumbing, use of disinfectant, customers and employees comfort and convenience.
